PRACTICALITIES :
The sale takes place "in its own juice" where the lots are located in a storage space in Nivelles.
Lots are sold as is. The encoding and photo-taking are carried out on site.
In order to facilitate the organization of the after-sales service, and given that the space must be emptied as quickly as possible, we insist that payment for your purchases be made as soon as we receive your purchase slip. This will be sent to you on the day of the sale, Friday November 22, 2024.
As soon as payment has been made by bank transfer, I suggest that you arrange an appointment with us (by email) for the collection of your lots. They must be collected within one week of the sale. The exact pick-up address in Nivelles (Belgium, Europe) will be communicated to you when we send you your purchase slip.

To be on the safe side, we'll let you know the address of the location at the same time as we make the appointment.
